1. Services

Auti Software Consultancy Services ("Auti", "we", "us") provides product and engineering consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or engagement agreement.

2. Engagement Terms

All engagements begin with a scoping discussion. Work commences only upon written agreement on scope and commercial terms. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified per engagement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work product created specifically for their engagement. Auti retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used during the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share client-specific details, code, or business information with third parties without explicit permission, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
